I will most likely accept, as long as it's not on a free-server with a lot of pop-ups. And make me wonder if I'm contracting viruses. If you have a nice site, I know you'll definately get hosted somewhere. There are TONS of hosting domains around, and there are some very nice domain owners who are offering them. If you have any problems locating any of them, feel free to ask. I have many friends willing to host.

Affiliation is Currently OPEN

I am slightly more selective in affiliation simply because when I had Autumn-Storm, most of my affiliates rarely, if ever, kept in touch with me.
I would like to make affiliation something special this time, not just for hits. So if you are willing to make even the slightest attempt to keep in contact, whether it be through commenting, IM, or visiting my forum, please apply.
Please, no free-server sites. Pop-ups drive me crazy. The comment in the Link Exchange section goes for here, too. Even moreso here.

I hate making rejections, but sometimes I have to. And I feel just as bad doing it as you are receiving it.
Just to keep things simple, I will use what one of my friends use; a blank e-mail will be sent back to you if I have to reject your application.

Feel free to apply after a month or so if you're so inclined.
